My experience with Sammy was amazing! She put me at ease with learning measurements for my first posing suit (still on the way) and her podcast helped me through my whole prep last year to get me through to my first body building show. Sammy is super sweet and her laugh is contagious! I would recommend working with Sammy 100/10! I will not work with anyone else TAB has my heart from now on, for my off season and for prep and show!
